I was contacted by Julio after telephoning Help Me Choose for advice on that mish-mash that presents when attempting to compare health funds. I hadn’t looked at my health fund for some time and knew this was very much overdue, but felt overwhelmed at the thought of tacking the project!
What luck that I chose to do that, via your company, and how fortunate that my contact person was Julio.
He is quite an exceptional young man, being very knowledgeable about the various options available, patiently presenting different funds to me for my specific needs, and comparing the benefits of them with my current funds (Health Partners and AHM).
Julio has a very nice friendly outgoing telephone manner and makes you feel comfortable in asking the most basic of questions, which sometimes people feel hesitant to ask. Along with all these positives, when my final decision was made, Julio ran through all the things I needed to know about my new fund (HCF) in detail, to make sure I was fully understanding of the total packages.
When we finished our conversation I asked Julio if the promised formalities to be emailed to me could be sent through as an ‘attachment’, rather than an Adobe Reader which I was unable to access when a solar company sent me a quote this way. So, there was no hesitation from Julio who asked me if I wanted to instal it on my computer, as he could help me with that. Feeling dubious (as I am no computer whizz) we proceeded forthwith and in a couple of minutes, voila, I now have Adobe Reader and as well as receiving my paperwork from Julio I could read my solar quote!
